Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Banana Prompts you agree to follow these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you disagree with any term, stop using the site immediately.

Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and take responsibility for activity under your account.

Community Use

• Share and learn, not spam or harassment.
• Do not post hateful, discriminatory, or explicit material.
• Do not upload content that infringes third-party rights.
• Do not scrape, automate, or bypass platform safeguards.
• Do not sell prompts or gate access for payment.

User Submissions

You keep ownership of what you submit. By uploading content, you grant Banana Prompts a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and share submissions to operate and promote the platform.

• Community prompts are free to browse and share on-platform.
• Users may not sell prompts or gate access for payment.
• We may remove submissions that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

Credits, Premium Prompts & Payments

Banana Prompts sells credits for image generation (and future video generation). Community prompts are free. Some paid plans include premium prompts curated and authored by Banana Prompts.

• Credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged between users.
• Refund requests are reviewed within 3 business days.
• No refunds for unused credits or partial subscription periods.
• Subscription prices may change with 30 days notice.
• All payments are to Banana Prompts only - no peer-to-peer transactions.
• Creem may issue refunds within 60 days at its discretion to prevent chargebacks.
• Chargeback fees (25 USD/EUR per dispute) may be deducted from merchant balance.
• For refund requests, email thebananaprompts@gmail.com with your account email and order details.
• Premium prompts are produced by Banana Prompts and included with paid plans where noted.

Refunds

• Digital credits are generally non-refundable once delivered.
• Cancel subscriptions anytime in the Customer Portal; no prorated periods.
• Duplicate or unauthorized charges are refunded once verified.

Intellectual Property

Site design, copy, and code are owned by Banana Prompts or its licensors. Except for your submissions, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer platform assets without prior written consent.

Disclaimers

Banana Prompts is provided ?as is.? We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of prompts, or suitability of gallery assets. Use your judgment before applying shared prompts.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Banana Prompts and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of the platform.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. Significant changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued use means you accept the revised Terms.
